  • This is a generic question so I'll break it down somewhat. What type of application are you using that doesn't currently do the trick, why? What features should/shouldn't it have? Maybe you're a small business that can't afford an application that large organizations have the budget for. What current business processes do you have that could be simplified with an application? All of these general statements should set off a light bulb. What piece of software could you benefit from, and don't because of budget, doesn't exist, current software solution has limitations, ect.

  • What are two examples of where customization of business software would make more sense than purchasing an off-the-shelf product. What are the benefits? What added costs are involved with creating and maintaining customized software?

Customize software is a special purpose software created by programmers where products like office, major accounting software is for general purpose. Depends on what you need, sometimes general purpose software is suffice enough to cater your daily business process but sometimes they don't. Lot of these general purpose software give you tools to tweak it, using scripting language such as VBA to enrich your applications. Taking an example where you need a call center applications, even though you can buy the software, you still need to learn to customize it to suit your need and off course a programmer to do it. When I work for a software developer company, I do a lot of interfacing between bank applications. Bank uses many applications where each application itself is unique and developed by different company. To make it able to 'talk' to each other, we need to make an interface which is the process to manipulate data to a form the program understand and making automatic connection between programs that is used. customized software usually have higher price, because the programs created only for your company for special purpose and selling it to another company is not an option. Maintaining the software usually is a term agreement between your company and the software maker.

Jetpack 7 is probably the safest and most secure, if filing medical expensed A or B or 115 section of told strept, it will abbreviate the losses forfeited within the year and any capital loss insured by 3 rd party is applicable for expense related modules as 225 and 363. Good luck

What’s the Difference Between Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery? Business continuity (BC) and disaster recovery (DR) are frequently confused. Business continuity is characterized by the following: • It begins before the disruption / incident • It is continuous • It is focused on business processes In contrast, disaster recovery is characterized by the following: • It begins at the time of the disruption / incident • It ends at the resumption of normal operations • It is focused on resources Disaster recovery is the process by which you resume business after a disruptive event. The event might be something huge, an earthquake, for example, or something small, like malfunctioning software caused by a computer virus. Often, the two terms are married under the acronym BC/DR. "Business continuity planning" describes how an organization responds to an event to ensure the business is running (even if manually or in a limited capacity). "Disaster Recovery" is having plans in place to handle the aftermath. Either DR or BC determine how a company will keep functioning after a disruptive event until its normal facilities are restored.
